I was with a realtor for approximately 9 months before Nick Good and the Good Home Team. I switched to Nick and within 3 weeks of listing Nick got a good offer on the home, and completed shortly thereafter. Nick did great. Was blessed to have found Matt Kelderman of the Good Home Team to help us sell my brothers house in Ft Worth, TX. We were honestly frustrated. Our Fort Worth home at 2336 Moneda had been listed with another agent and it just wasn’t moving. Then David called us out of the blue after the listing expired. At first, we weren’t sure — but after hearing his and his team’s plan and presentation - we decided to move forward with him. That was the best decision we made. I can't say enough good things about David Bentink (the agent with whom we worked). He was patient with us. My wife has been working with him for over two years. She moved to the DFW are around two years ago, and she wasn't sure if she wanted to buy a house at the time. They looked at houses for months, but my wife decided to rent an apartment temporarily and take some time to decide which area she wanted to buy in. Then, she and I got married, and we again decided to rent. This time, the target was a house to stay in for a year while we got used to being married and decided where we wanted to buy. David worked with us to find a rental house that we loved. Then, David helped us look at homes to buy for five months. We looked at dozens and dozens of homes. David was flexible with his schedule. He was professional but also direct when it looked like we might be settling for a bad deal. He knew the kinds of things to watch out for when buying a home, and he pointed them out to us. He helped us negotiate a good price with a lot of fees covered for us. I didn't have a single negative interaction with him, and neither did my wife. I will recommend him to all my friends buying in this area. He is a cut above the other Agents with whom I've worked, and I've purchased two other homes before this one. There's no comparison. David is the best.
